Life Work exercise one

spotting a "right/wrong" framework in yourself and others

Notice right- wrong thinking and reacting in yourself.

Notice when others are taking a right- wrong approach. It is often subtle or disguised, almost as an undertone, but it is there. See if you can flush it out for yourself.


Practice the skill of "hearing you say that.....I feel, I notice in myself, I am aware that...."
